Start Your Listing
Provide us some basic information about your property in our online registration form and one of our agents will contact you to collect other information important to listing your property effectively.

You will not be committed to listing the property or paying for our services until you finalize all the details and sign the final paperwork.

Decide on a Price
Once we receive your application, an agent can arrange for a time to go over the comparative market analysis and help guide you on choosing an asking price.

Develop a Marketing Strategy
Your agent will review all listing information to ensure it is written in an attrractive manner. Then we will discuss with you other options for advertising your property online through social networking sites and blog pages.

Sign the Listing Agreement
At this point we will ask if you are still interested in working with us, and if you agree we will send you the final paperwork to sign and return. If you decide you would rather work with another agent, we will immediately return your down-payment.

Prepare for Success
Your agent can guide you on how to prepare your house for potential home buyers. We will provide you with contact information for various professionals who can help you prepare your home if it is not currently in optimal selling condition.

 

Listing Your Home & Letting Everyone Know About It

Activate Your Listing
We will enter your home in the MLS, send you a yard sign, an open house sign, a lockbox, and a file from which to print fliers. This way, licensed agents can take their clients on property tours without your having to be present.

Market Your Home Online
24HourBrokers will post your home to various online resources to help promote your listing. This will give you a great starting advantage, since 75% of home-buyers begin their search online.

Host a Tour
For potential purchaser's without a buyer's agent, you will host an open house or private tour. We will list your phone number to schedule the tours, but most buyers’ agents will contact us with tour requests and other inquires.

Staying in Contact
You will receive periodic communication (phone or email) from your agent as your property remains on the market. We may update you on changes in the local market as well as any information about the number of agents who have accessed your listing via the MLS.

 

Closing the Deal

House is Sold!!
Negotiations
Your agent collects the offers and handles all negotiations, working closely with you to get the price and terms you desire.

Closing
Your agent works through the inspection, the mortgage and all other contingencies. Our work isn't finished until the house is sold and you are on your way.

Savings
While a traditional agent charges a typical 3% commission, we only charge a flat upfront fee of $3,000 or $500 up-front and $3,500 at closing. If your house sells for $500,000, you would save $13,500 for the seller’s agent commission.
