New Construction
If you are looking into purchasing a newly built home, you may still want to consider contracting 24HourBrokers to be your buyer's agent. Many newly built homes will have a traditional buyer's agent on-site, but working with that agent will not provide you the same benefits of using one of our agents.
The advantages of working with 24HourBrokers on newly built homes are:
- Cost: you may be able to get a better price if our agent negotiates on your behalf.
- Extras: we will help get paint, appliances, and other perks thrown into the deal, if possible
- Refund: if you don’t work with 24HourBrokers, the builder or the on-site agent keeps the buyer’s agent commission. With us, you will get receive 75% of it back!
Development builders may claim that all homes in the division are built identically, but this is often not the case. You may find that some of the homes within the development have different scenic views or even various amenities already included. These areas of interest should be considered with any newly built home.
