Here is how the guarantee works:

• If you're a buyer and are unhappy with our service, just tell us why and we will refund the entire commission rather than the customary 75% disbursement.
• If you're a seller and are unhappy with our service, just tell us why and we will refund our $3,000 listing fee*. Please understand that we do not offer refunds simply because your listing hasn't sold, which may be a result of market forces that we have no control over.
• If you chose to pay $3,500 at closing then you will not pay any additional money aside from the $500 materials fee unless the home sells. If the home sells and you are still unhappy with our service, our satisfaction guarantee will still protect you.
